BEES Exercise – Update

BEES exercise class meets 3 times a week now! Join the group on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. They meet in Brashaber Fellowship Hall. BEES, (Balanced Exercises for Endurance and Strength), is lead by Bob Lowers. His class is low impact with a focus on balance and strength. They sing along for rhythm/cadence, use hand weights and do some advanced controlled exercises too. Only $4.00 per class.
