Tips for Adding Steps to Your Day
- Mow the lawn with a walking mower.
- Park in the back row of the parking lot.
- Tour a museum, zoo, or nature preserve.
- Choose the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Volunteer to walk dogs for an animal shelter.
- Put the remote in the drawer. Get up to change the channel.
- Take a walk each day, it doesn’t have to be long, and give God thanks!
